Semi-Annual User Group Meetings Aid in CRC's Success

For almost two decades, CRC Information Systems, Inc. has been actively participating in the semi-annual CRC Users Group Association conferences organized by the CRC Users Group Association. The CRC Users Group Association is an independent organization comprised of CRC clients that serve as important resources for CRC's strategic direction while also building a network of contacts between users.

In mid-November, the CRC User Group Association held the 2007 Fall CRC Users Group Meeting at the Gaylord Palms Resort near Orlando, Florida. The three day event brought together companies from all over North America, allowing CRC to interact with, take feedback from, and respond to questions from clients representing a variety of industries within graphic arts.

"We had a great meeting at the beautiful Gaylord Palms," said CRC Users Group Association President Cindy Tanley. Over the three days there were several coordinated sessions and mini-meetings, including CRC's popular "What's New?" session hosted by CRC President and CEO Michael Bihlmeier. Michael Bihlmeier announced many new and exciting CRC products and endeavors that are sure to emphasize CRC's standing as the most complete and advanced system available for the industry. "The feedback and suggestions we receive from our clients at the User Group meetings make certain that CRC continues to develop THE System to meet and exceed our clients' needs," states Michael Bihlmeier, CRC's President and CEO. "THE System is designed to be the last management system in which our clients will ever need to invest and CRC is steadfast in the incorporation of technological advancements that make this a reality." One testament to CRC's commitment is the large number of clients that have continued using THE System for decades, taking advantage of the free enhancements and upgrades that CRC continuously provides.

Customer Relationship Management Module and Dashboards

The most popular announcement was CRC's new browser-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module that will allow users to easily maintain a clear picture of their prospects and customers, from first contact through to purchase and post-sales. This new module will help coordinate and maximize an organization's sales, marketing, and customer service efforts.

In addition to the CRM module, CRC will be presenting Dashboards that display critical information from multiple modules into one location on a user's screen. Since THE System's core functionality offers more data access than any other system on the market, the browser-based Dashboards will allow users to gather and track information in much more efficient ways than currently possible. "We are so excited about the introduction of the CRM module," said Bovie Screen Printing Accounting Manager Carin Linscott. "CRM will be an enormous time-saver to have all our data in one place. With the dashboards all the pertinent information will be available at a glance." Even more exciting is the fact that the Dashboards will be easily customizable by users so they can determine what information they wish to display and how they want to display it, i.e., graphs, gauges, grids, etc.
