May 22, 2009 - For Immediate Release
CRC Information Systems (CRC) presented the latest additions to its business management solution, Nucleus, for attendees of the Spring 2009 CRC User Group Meeting. During his address to attendees, CRC Director Mike Bihlmeier unveiled five new and improved programs that allow users to better manage their businesses and increase their profits. These enhancements are:
Enhanced Menus and Dashboards – CRC has continued to streamline the Nucleus menu interface as well as create new dashboard widgets that put critical data at the user’s fingertips.
e-Commerce – CRC’s new web-based e-Commerce software increases market reach and gives users the ability to provide their clients with around the clock customer service.
Customer Relations Module (CRM) – The new browser-based CRM solution provides a 360-degree view of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and buying patterns to help sales and customer service cultivate more profitable relationships.
Proof Tracking – Quickly track the location and status, both internally and externally, of multiple proofs for each job. It integrates with CRM, Shipping, and Production to streamline the proofing workflow.
Scheduling – This next generation scheduling tool provides advanced Gantt charting, enhanced drag-and-drop scheduling manipulation, intuitive use of color “alerts,” and optimization tools to maximize production resources.
“These new upgrades are significant advancements for CRC’s Nucleus package,” said Bihlmeier. “Allowing our users to see it first at the User Group Meeting allows us to receive immediate feedback from the people who use our software to improve their businesses.”
The CRC User Group Meeting is a semi-annual event that brings together CRC users from across North America. During the event, users and members of the CRC staff work together to find new ways to further enhance Nucleus. “The feedback we get from our users at these User Group Meetings is invaluable,” said Bihlmeier. “It allows us to make sure that Nucleus is the finest MIS/ERP system for the graphic arts industry.”
